"Self Portrait"

In keeping with the goal of the Art in ARC committee to cultivate an appreciation of the arts, we are seeking participants from the ARC membership of framed 2D artwork for our “Portraits” art exhibition for the Dine-In-Gallery.  For this exhibit you may enter images of people or pet portraits.  Self-portraits will also be accepted.  The exhibit will be displayed from Monday, August 23 to Friday, October 5, 2021, with an opening reception on Monday, August 23rd  from 4-6pm which will be open to the public.

Requirements for submission:  

Two image submissions per ARC member

20 images will be chosen for this exhibition 

Digital submission is required for the juried selection

Accepted photos must be framed and weigh no more than 10 pounds

Please complete the below entry form and submit with a digital file of your photography for consideration into this exhibition. Entries must be received by 6 pm on Friday, August 6, 2021 to
ArtinARC.AndreaM18@gmail.com – No Late Entries will be accepted. Upon completion of the jury process, you will be notified via email as to whether your artwork was accepted.  

The Sky's the Limit Exhibition for ARC Conference Room

We are seeking framed 2D artwork for an exhibition set to begin September 6, 2021 and run for the following six months until April 1, 2022 in the Conference Room.  The theme for this exhibition is The Sky's the Limit, and the focus of the image should be the sky. The show will open in the Conference Room on Monday, September 6th with a reception from 4:00 - 5:30 PM.

Entry Eligibility Requirements:

20 images will be accepted with the possibility of additional images based on space availability.

Artist must be a member of ARC.

Each member may enter 2 images.

Artwork must be framed using 11 X 14 or 16 X 20 narrow black frame with wire to hang the image.  Images not properly prepared WILL NOT be displayed.  Entry must not weigh more than 10 pounds.

All artwork for this entry must be submitted in digital format for the jury process.  The required file size for the digital submission must not exceed 1024 pixels wide or 768 pixels tall and a resolution of 300 dpi is recommended.
